# ZeroNoise

> ZeroNoise Agents watch the sources a person approves, on a schedule, and write cited Briefs. Every citation resolves to a stored passage of a real source document. People and their tools operate ZeroNoise through the web app, a remote MCP server, a REST API and the zeronoise CLI.

AI apps connect to the MCP server at `https://zeronoise.ai/mcp` and sign in with OAuth as the user. Authenticate API and CLI calls, or MCP without OAuth, with a user-created key in `ZERONOISE_API_KEY` (`Authorization: Bearer ...`). AI work returns an asynchronous Operation to poll; do not resubmit it. Use the OpenAPI document for exact endpoints and fields.
