0:01There you go. I didn't forget. I didn't forget. People are saying I forgot. Ain't ain't I ain't no forget. All right, let me create the broadcast here because you got to create it last moment here. Technology OBS. Everyone start now. Go here. What should we say? What should today's tweet say for this? Let's post it up and say, "Dear interns, it's it's Jevan.
0:49That's it. Be here now. Job requirement right there. Love and fury.
1:04All right. There we go. We got that one. Let's do a little one of these. Uh, everyone https twitch.tv parame. There we go. Okay. Very fantastic. All right. So, we got that. Hey, thank you. Null addict Jeff's nuts. Damn. Absolutely. NG, I appreciate that.
1:19All right. Are we running here? Nice, nice, nice, nice. Let's pop this guy out. Sup, boys. Hey, how you doing? Fus, pop that bad boy out. Throw it over there. Twitch, you always get the big screen. There we go. Apparently, great balls. I'm not sure what great balls are, but hey, you got a pair of them, boys. Boys, we're going to do it. Let's go.
1:41Code corrupt. Appreciate that. We're going to do some Jev.
1:45All right, I've set up something. I figured I I figured we could try to give Batro a try. See if this classification engine can actually do this correctly.
1:56It could be pretty dang cool. This thing could go real fast.
2:00Wait, why are you not Cuz from what I've seen, From what I've seen with Jev, you can play Super Mario or you can play uh Doom in real time.
2:11Does he reach YouTube chat? I do. Who names a model Jeb? It's named after Jevon's Paradox. So apparently it can do like everything, right?
2:24Um, what is it? Uh, give me tweets of Jev playing Mario and Doom. There we go. Got him. Got him. All right. Good morning all. Hey, how's it going? Whatever the [ __ ] his name is. Whoa. Calm down. AVX VXN. Thank you.
2:42Appreciate that. Let's go. Dave Full, my dude. Make your own loaves, right? How about a doough starter? Any tippy it tippies? I don't got any tippies on dough starters. I usually just buy mine from a nice uh sourdough crafting place. Hey, thank you. Cosmic Boots. My name's Jvs. Hey, Jvs. Uh except chat and code.
3:00Wait, what? Jeb is for Jam de J de J de J de J de J de J de J de J de J de Jvelopment. Really? Why not? I am in high school and I'm thinking about doing biology and I was thinking about starting in Python. Well, is this the language I should learn first? Why not go for it? I mean, you're doing biology, right? You'll probably do Python if we're gonna Hey, if we're going to be real here, you're probably going to do a lot of Python.
3:24Love from the Philippines. Thank you.
3:25How are you grabbing Batro State? Oh, uh, we developed a little bit of a plugin a little while ago. So, I can go like this. I can go just god view and it tells me everything that's on the screen right now. Kind of what we have. Deck name, red deck, high card, sort descending, request ID, we got red deck key, we got all these things. We have the blinds. We have all this. So, we're on the phase menu.
3:49Where's the but Where's the buttons?
3:52Isn't there like buttons in here?
3:55I thought there was a button. Is play not in here? I feel like play has to be in here, right? Uh, let's do this thing. Let's take that bad boy and let's go grap. Uh, play or play.
4:19Actually, let's go. Uh, button. Button.
4:22Do you even love me by Megan?
4:26Ah, okay. I'll have to look into that. We'll have to figure that out. Do you even love me? I had some BMG coffee this morning. It was epic. Well, excellent. It's a 5minute walk from my house to the bar. It's a 35minute walk from the bar to my house. The difference is staggering.
4:40The difference is staggering. Pretty good. That's pretty good. Yeah, I think Jeff is actually pretty uh pretty exciting. Uh, today I wrapped my first uh month as a software engineer and I work at a company that's making waterless cooling systems for data centers. Oh, that's pretty cool. How does it do that?
4:57Is that efficient? I thought water was so good because it has like such a huge gigantic heat sink to it, right? 4.184 jewels per centimeter required to heat it up by one degree centigrade. Correct. You just blow it. Yeah, but blowing air turns out to be like massively inefficient.
5:18Kofot. Kofot. Thank you.
5:21Ultrasound cooling. What the hell does that even mean?
5:26Uh threeear streak. Well, thank you.
5:28Last Royal Raven. How you doing? Just blow harder. Uh is Blotro that card game you were working on? Yeah, it's a card game, but we're going to be doing something a little bit different. Trying to keep my motivation for the AI. made my own uh engine X from scrap using sockets and e integrated it with the servers made uh with your HTTP from the TCP force. Oh, nice. Okay. Very cool.
5:49You're doing it in course.
5:51I assume so cuz you're e- polling, right?
5:53Is e- pole part of other languages? I just assumed it was always just a lowle C because everybody else is always just like make a socket server on the thing.
6:03Manual coding is fun. Manual coding is fun. What the [ __ ] is Jeff? Okay, calm down, YouTube. Jeez Louise, how are you going to test Jeff? Well, that's what we got to figure out. Is an e- pole a kernel call? Yeah. It is a uh it is a it is a variant of select, right?
6:20It's a more it's a more efficient version of select. It's a sys call. I've never I've never I haven't or I have never I have written it a few times way way way back in the day. You know what I mean? Uh I have programmers fatigue. My wrist ache. Yeah. Yeah. That's why you get real keyboards. Like real talk. If you're going to be typing a lot, you should get a real keyboard. Now, the real question is how much longer will you be typing? I will probably be typing for a long time. That is uh let's see.
6:44That should be cool for game testing. I think so too. Vage infinity. I think so too. Men [ __ ] Thank you. Appreciate that. Hey, got my Microsoft account hacked and now uh it's uh owner is blank atbbymail.net.
6:58And this has happened to other people, you know. Uh way to get your account back. Is this about to be one of those things where I'm now going to get a bunch of Instagram bots. It's short for uh Jefferson. Uh it's actually Jevston.
7:09Okay. Okay, people. I started doing a lot of um looking. Okay. Because you know the pause the AI movement. I'm going to be I I just recorded the video. You know the pause the AI movement everybody right? You guys know about that?
7:36Okay, I'm going to give you guys like a small little preview, okay? Just a just the world's tiniest little preview for a second, okay? Because I started looking into this because people were saying all sorts of stuff.
7:51I saw people saying that, you know, anyways, doesn't really matter what people were saying. So, this is the tweet that happened. this guy named Jason Jacob Coxin who has no tweets on his account by the way. None. His his his oldest reply, by the way, is a reply to himself on September 8th right here. Okay, strange, right? A little strange.
8:16Can we say that's a little strange?
8:18Okay, hold on. Hold on. Hold on here. Only two posts and his first post goes omega viral. Viral I've never seen in my entire lifetime. Right. We're talking about 172 million views. If you look at his account, it's had two name changes. Started in January 2026. Also little strange, am I right? Somebody who doesn't tweet or reply out there out there just changing his name.
8:47Okay, little strange here. Now, this is where this is the part that uh makes me really uh upset. Here, let me turn off. Hey yo, Bellatro. Yo. Hey yo, Bellatro. Shut up. Hey yo, Bellatro. Hey yo, Bellatro. It's not time yet. All right, this is on Fox News.
9:08Serious that they think their industry needs to be regulated as soon as possible.
9:14Did you work with any third party as far as this whistleblowing coming out?
9:20Not at all. This isn't from his own mouth. Oh, TTS ruined it. Oh, okay. My bad. My bad. My bad.
9:48TTS here. Do you work with any third party? Did do you work with any third parties as far as this whistleblowing and coming out?
9:58Not at all. This is entirely my own personal concerns about safety and I gave journalists exclusive access before resigning. Also from his own mouth inside the Wall Street Journal. He went to an AI safety advocate and talked to them before resigning. The guy who leads up policy and is an anti-AII thing. That's one of the big people in the anti-AI era.
10:30Okay. He didn't get it. It's not this is not third party thing. He just happened to be talking to a bunch of people that all are in that same thing. He gave journalist exclusive access before quitting. And then he goes on TV. He's like, "No, absolutely just me. Absolutely just me. Harry Potter. Yeah. Do he do he does look like Harry Potter? I do make that joke. So I do have my script right here.
10:55I do make that joke. Uh I I do go with mini Dario aka aka Daario 2.0 Harry Coxin. Okay. Lot of AKA's in there. Lando Spark. Thank you. I appreciate it. You're a fraud, Harry. That's actually really good. He looks like the subject mattered expert on fidget spinners. He could be. He literally claimed an open AI model solved the millennium probably of follow autonomous when there were two other dudes who did most of the work. Yeah.
11:36Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, and they also didn't do all that. There's a lot of crap, dude. Right now, we've we've hit this cra like I agree. Super duper ultra omega by the way.
11:47Rufio, what the hell's going on over here on the dude? Kick, dude. Thank you. Hey, Rufio. Appreciate that. By the way, kick every time the kick is just crazy. Anytime that uh subs are worth way way more on on kick, so appreciate that. Kicking it. Hey, appreciate that. Uh w kick. Yeah, who got ruy? I know. Hey, Big Mac. Thank you. Appreciate that. Also, views are worth a ton. It's crazy. If I were to exclusively stream on kick and everybody
12:15came to kick, it would be worth it would actually be like a worthwhile it'd be like it would be crazy. I'd be like, whoa, my gosh.
12:23I actively talked about the pause movement yesterday in my AI ethics course. A lot of angles to approach it from. Yeah, like there's good we should be more thoughtful about how we do AI. I want to say a couple things and this is completely not about the video and what I'm doing. This is just like my side thoughts on the whole situation. Open AI took a bunch of models, told them they must hack, put them on computers that weren't airgapped, and then shock Pikachu when they figured out how to
12:50hack and get the internet. And then now we go on the internet, we go on the actual effing internet these days and people are saying the the dumbest [ __ ] I've ever seen in my lifetime. Yo, if you had two dude, do do you know like super intelligence is going to be so scary that if you have two computers next to each other within 40 cmters, they also happen to have temperature sensors, they should be able to sense each other's temperatures and talk back and forth. In which that is based off a paper in which inside the paper it says it takes 1 hour to transfer somewhere
13:20between 1 to eight bits. Bro, you couldn't communicate your email address for days at that speed. [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] people. Okay. Uh, hey tech. Oh, hey tech. Hey really cool dog. I hope to never see you again. Tech.
13:49Anyways, so anyways, very annoying. It's like open AI is a complete dummy. AI safety. Sure. There's like a lot of things we should actually be I I I'm concerned. Sure. Absolutely. I think it I think it is very dangerous. But [ __ ] these people these people spreading this dumb stuff.
14:15And the worst part is is if you go if you go through my replies, so much of it is just this stuff. Oh, but it's not the best example, but it's in the right ballpark. No, it's not. No, it's not. Shut up. It's just an example. You're missing the point. You don't you shut up air gap your freaking system.
14:35These people that have gotten hacked open AI is because they didn't even airgap it. They had a machine connected to a machine with the internet and they're like, "Oh my gosh, I can't believe we told these agents to hack.
14:46Gave them absolute unfettered access for months, did zero monitoring, and after two months were able to hack. How could this happen?"
14:55We should be talking about regulated AI growth. problem is creators took this opportunity to hype their IPOs. I maybe anyways it's just so it's just so it's just so stupid. Everyone eats this [ __ ] up, dude. It's so stupid. I can't believe Dutch media is eating this stuff up. People are being like I already know that I'm going to get some [ __ ] for my uh Pause the AI video.
15:24Okay, we're going to get some [ __ ] for the Pause the AI video. Let's just say that I went in there and we went to What do we do? What do we do? What do we do? What do we do? What do we do? What do we do? What do we do?
15:38What do we do? What do we do? What do we do? What is it called? EA. That's right. And we'll do a little npm.
15:45And I went in here and I did actually create this bad boy. Look at this. I created it. I went Dude, it took so long to like find all these people. But it's insane how many of these people are like, "Oh yeah, they're all connected to meter. They all are here. They all invest in Daario. They all like lived together. It's super strange." Charlie Day me. Yeah, I do the Charlie Day meme.
16:05I literally do the Charlie Day meme for the sake. Oh, wow. I just got my access. I know. It's VH Infinity. We should try stuff.
16:16Yeah, I know. I did. I did it all. I I really tried I went all in on this idea of conspiracy theory and really tried to like understand it. Okay, so let's get going on this bad boy. Let's go back to this and let's go to stream Bellatro mod. Okay, so here we go. So, first thing we need to do is let's just grab um let's just grab this bad boy. So, this is going to launch Batro. And so, what we're going to be doing is we're going to be taking Jev and we're going to see can Jev play Bellatro. Pretty
16:44straightforward, right? Nothing. Nothing too crazy about that idea. I think that that should be pretty easy.
16:51All right. So, there we go. So, we got Boltro up and running right here. And so, then I can jump in here, add my sidecar, and now my sidecar should be able to operate, and I should be able to adjust God view. Uh, which should give me, hey, this is what everything is running. And so, if we get into the game, let's just make sure all these things work. So, I haven't really actually even tried to make this stuff work yet.
17:16Okay. Well, see, that's very upsetting.
17:18I should have You know what? I should have at least opened this up because that is because that seems that seems really easy to not You know what I mean?
17:25Like that seems like I should I should have seen that one coming. Okay. We should have saw that one coming. All right. I'm just going to tell it tell it to fix it. Fix this. Right. I don't need to read through Bellatro code. I I don't need to read through Bello Lua code.
17:41Only losers read logs, dude. There's so many logs and it's going to be some stupid object access null thing. Oh my gosh. Testing in production. I know.
17:54Linux experience. This is not a Linux experience. First question to Jeff, is this the guy uh is this guy a fraud?
18:00True or false? Give him Twitter data. Yeah, that would be so hard to do because you'd have to be able to give enough Twitter data to be able to show. And I don't know how to give enough Twitter data to be able to do that. Now, if I'm not mistaken, uh let's see. Also, where is Let's see. Where is this main file? Where where'd you put this bad boy? Sidecar main. Okay, cool. Uh, sidecar main.
18:21Uh, sidecar uh main. There we go. So, this is the one I wanted to This is the Jev loop. So, okay, there we go. So, we have this. We have the answers. We have the play. We have this. So, this is what I really wanted everything to be kind of created into, which is this nice little nice little loop that we can obviously look at. So, there we go. So we have our whole god view that we have everything about it. We have our answers which we can ask Jev for. And so that means I should theoretically be able to do something like this. Now let's try to
18:49let's I've I haven't used uh Jev in pro uh in the old TypeScript yet. So let's just try to see what happens here. Uh await uh con jev's answer. Yep. There we go. And what what what do you got here? What do we have? We have state. Yeah, we can do a state. All right.
19:10And we have questions. That's right. All right. So that that's right. Now what is inside a state? State is what are you? I have to jump inside. It's an entry type. What is an entry type? Entry type is a key string value.
19:24JSON. Um. Oh yeah, that's where you can do the whole Wait, hold on. State is state where you have the question. I think state is where you have the question, right?
19:35You'll do something like this. Yeah.
19:37Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. description, yes or no. The instruction, the question, the optional description, yes or no outcomes. There we go. So, right, it's something that looks like this. Right, right, right, right. I think so. So, if I did one of these and did um let's go like this. Let's go. Is state just is state just that or is it I think it's more than just that, right?
20:04So, those are the types. So, we're going to look through some of this stuff and we're going to make sure that everything's nice and then Okay, so this is an entry type, which apparently Let's see what is the Let's see. Okay, here we go. Criteria. And criteria is it? Oh my gosh. Hold on. Let's go over here. Let's look uh give me Jev uh give me Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh.
20:29Uh, give me Jev. Um, Jev's API interface for asking a question and getting an answer. I know it is. Gosh, what is the thing?
20:44We'll just go like this.
20:47Why aren't you Why are you Why are you like this? There you go. Now, the question the questions is where you put in I forget how criteria works. I forget how instructions. Instruction is the question you have, right? So, this is the input to the situation. And then your questions are things you can ask on top of what goes in here and you'll get out an answer super super quick. So, my idea is I'm going to take this right here and I'm going to pipe in all the information about Bellatro that I can
21:15possibly get. And then the questions I should ask is what let's see, what is your next action? And so then we'll have we'll have to figure out how to align this thing which is like the answers bucket. How to properly get the answers. Very uh very Unix of you. Yeah, we're trying. We're trying. Uh this looks wrong. You look wrong. Lro code is messy. Yeah, blro code is very messy.
21:41Okay, so here we go. State help me. Uh my payouts have been failing for three days. I'm pretty sure if I just go just Yeah. See, there you I've pooped my pants and I need help now. So there we go. So I know I've done a little bit of it. I've we've done a little bit of it. Question.
21:57How do we do this one? So it's Jev latest. Okay. So you always want to do Jev latest. Then you do uh urgent type new instruction. How do you express?
22:05Let's see. Did this express or does this express urgency? Team choice instructions criteria. So there you go. So we have to kind of do this thing where we have to go over these little questions and figure out how do we take uh here let's move you to seven. We don't need you there. Uh, [ __ ] There we go. Close. New. And so the goal here is I don't I don't even know how to do it.
22:35I don't know what to do yet, but we need to be able to take Bellatro State, shove it. Okay, there you go. Balls. Just really quickly, shove it into Jev. Just put it right in the Jev. Uh, and then we need to form it into a question.
22:50What's the question we're going to ask so we can get the answer back out?
22:53Because I don't know if you saw that.
22:55And maybe it did make a lot of sense, but did you just see how fast that went?
23:01Like that's pretty fast, right? And that's what everybody's all freaked out about about how cool this thing is is that it allows you to um go super super super duper fast. Is this a TypeScript API? Yeah, manually coding like a savage. A little bit of manually coding. I did a write up on Jev pretty much uh the same thing might help. Okay, cool.
23:19I'll keep this open. You know, we we might do a little bit of looking. Yeah, you can do I know people are doing a lot of stuff with games and so you can kind of do like a bunch of stuff with games and real time decision- making because it's so good at that. All right, so what was the problem here? I'm actually super curious.
23:36Fix this. What was the problem? The crash uh is in card while our game update is on the stack. I'll read this. the crash card load hitting the save card whose center is gone from P centers left over from Streamlab jokers who were uh stopped the Yep. Yep. I removed all of our custom jokers all that blah blah blah blah. Okay, super cool. Now I can't remember how to Oh my gosh. Okay, let's just
24:03I didn't realize two windows were going to do that. Okay, I didn't want two windows to close. All right, let's do a sidec car play. Okay, that seems weird. Is Oh, is that still open? Okay. Well, that Oh my gosh.
24:21All right, let's bring you back over to number four. I hate once you, By the way, once you switch screens, this thing becomes like a floater and it's all annoying. All right, let's go into here. Let's get out of this. Uh, let's do sidec car. Uh, just side car.
24:39There we go. All right. Awesome. Just got view. Okay. Awesome. I got a new joker from I'm not exactly sure what I got a new joker from. Awesome. All right. So, let's do a play. Let's do a play.
24:55Okay. Why do I Okay.
25:08Okay, I should Okay, granted I should have I should have looked at this I should have looked at this I Hey, you know what? My bad. I should have looked at this beforehand and just make sure that things actually work out, but I didn't. Okay, I was too big. I Hey, I tried to get this stream done for you guys. Okay, so shut Can we just get some music in here, bro?
25:31Can we just get some some tunes?
25:41I got to make sure everything's turned down. I love this song. Honestly, you know, you know what we want to do? I think I know what I want to do today. Let's, you know, I'm feeling I'm feeling inspired. Okay, let's just do the whole Demon Days album. You know that it is a great album. It's a good album.
26:18It's so good. Yeah, I haven't listened to it in like a year. It's a great album. All right. Uh, more errors, please fix. All right. Go get him, Tiger. It is so good. Uh, all right. So, we got to figure this bad boy out. And so, what I'm thinking is what we can do is while we while we're waiting for this crap to go through, which unfortunately whenever there's an error like this, like we have to do the whole damn thing.
26:41Okay, Steam can stay open over there. And so, I just need to jump back here. We can just play again. It's a little weird because once I have Steam open, then it it it does all this.
26:53And so let's just try to manually take all this crap together and figure out what we're going to do. Okay. So let's go like this. So let's take god view, right? And go like this. Uh JQ, right?
27:10JQ uh JQ. Oopsies. JQ- C. There we go. Okay. So let's take this thing and let's go this debugging.
27:20All right. Let's vim the question and let's go like this. We're gonna have one single question which is next type choice instructions. What is your next move in Bellatro?
27:35And then we'll let's see.
27:38And so I have to kind of give it a bunch of stuff to do. So, right now, let's just give it um button, right?
27:53I'm going to have to read into how this stuff works, right? Interact button because we probably want to generate a list of things to do, right? So, if we are on the menu, we have to say, hey, here's the things you can do. which my guess is that we are on the play. By the way, what is this view that we're in?
28:15Actually, let's let's close this thing back down for a second because I actually want to see this because we want to be able to play all the way through, right? I don't want to have to touch a gosh dang thing. Can we agree? We don't even want to touch it, right? We want to be able to states.
28:32Yeah. See, we want to be able to just like not even look at it. Okay. So, what is the current uh view?
28:42Let's see. What is our phase? We're in the splash. Okay. So, the splash screen. Nice. Okay. Hey, boys. We're on the splash screen. Okay. So, we can program this. So, I'm going to go back to here for a quick second. Hey.
29:05I'll tell you I tell I tell you I tell you what that that shit's dangerous sidecar main that is dangerous.
29:13All right. So let's go in here and let's go like this const view equals uh read view. So let's just have this thing happen once. So let's just make sure that this actually works before we go off and do something stupid. Let's just make sure this actually works, right? And let's jump in here and let's just grab this thing out. All right.
29:34Fantastic. And let's go like this. Um, shoot. Uh, what is the just running of the main function? Let's have just um just a Jev run sidecar main.ts. Right. I want I want a just function to do this.
29:53I have Jeb detecting streamers environment secrets and grabs them when they like, "Oh, that's nice. Yeah, AI should be able to play our games. We simply just need to sit in the corner and watch exact defy. So, thank you.
30:04It's all I want in my life is that I don't want to like have to think about anything. You know what I mean?
30:14Why is the TTS French?
30:27All right. Oh, I do love this song.
30:33So, now that Let's see. Do we have that?
30:36Just Jeb. Just Jev. Does that work?
30:38Okay, good. There we go. So, we got the same thing back out. Fantastic. Okay. So, we can get the view out. And so, we need to go like this. Um, function determine question, right? Determine question. And so we need to be able to take in the view god view and like get this back out actually. Uh get uh get jev. Let's see. What do we call this thing? What is this thing? Get jev state.
31:04Is that all we need from here? Um question. Yeah. And so we have model questions but we don't have the state. Get jev state or questions. Right. So from the from the god view, we should be able to respond with what we think should happen. Correct? And so I'll go like this. If view.phase equals a splash, then we need to return back out. We need the Jev questions. What are the What are the Jev questions? Ask.
31:41It's uh type safe end.
31:48It's a question. It's a Q. It's a Q Q. I have a Q, right?
31:55And that is the name string question, right? Okay, cool. And the question is new question score question choice question. Okay, cool. So that is what we want. So can I just bring is that just like available for me to to have question uh function lax. Okay, perfect.
32:20All right, perfect. So we have that. So we have this thing. So we need to return a question which should really should be um let's see it should be next. Let's see. Uh, next move. And in here, we really should just have one one multiple choice, right? Type choice.
32:43And then we should just have something that's like interact. Why can I not?
32:47Where's my Where's my errors? Okay, guys, stop doing that. All right. What is your next move in Batro? Uh, we should just simply uh interact.
33:03Press mouse left. Like I I don't really know. So, this is the part that I'm confused on to like what is the way to return things back that make a lot of sense in the Jev world, right? So, let's just try something that looks like this for for just just for fun. I'll just go like this. Jason stringify and let's just go uh see mouse down. I don't know. Whatever.
33:23This is not good. Okay. This is not good. But we're just going to let this go. Okay, that's all I want.
33:40What is the next uh action to take to uh win a game of Bellatro?
33:50All right, there we go. Unknown is uh yeah unknown. Why not? Is this right? Is this is that is that is that about right? Because what I want to do is I want to go like this const uh answer equals await ask and I I should be able to go like this state.
34:15We got give let's see get uh get jev state. I want to just do this because I don't really know what to do with this yet. Okay, cuz I know we're going to have to do this. And so to avoid myself having too much pain. Let's just go like this. Um, return. You are on the splash screen. You can you can interact. Let's see. Pressing left mouse will move forward. I don't know. Uh, to main menu.
34:48What do you state? State state doesn't have anything other than where you're at, right? So, splash screen should just be like, hey, you know where you're at.
34:54You know what to do. Press a button, interact with the screen, right? So, this is like the simplest, most dumb possible thing we could do, right? Get uh get Jev state, right?
35:05Am I right with that? Console. Let's see. Console log answer. Okay, there we go. Perfect. All right. So, let's take this bad boy. Bring that guy down. I just want to see if this thing works. And the god view doesn't work. Jev should not work because we don't have any of that. Play. Okay, perfect. All right, get in here, Jeff. You son of a [ __ ] Jev, get the hell in here.
35:29All right, so if I jump into here and I go just You son of a [ __ ] There you go.
36:06You son of a [ __ ] I'm just going to throw them all in there. I'm throwing them all in there.
36:11I can do technically type up there, right? But there we That's That's good enough. That's good enough. Okay. So, let's try this again. I So, I really I really want this to work cuz I feel like if we get this to work really really well, then we can start setting up each and every single one of these. I want to be able to have Okay. Interact probabilities confidence 26. Next move choice interact.
36:38All right. So, the real question is how do I get How do I get this all out? So, I guess the interaction should have been to click. Okay, so that Okay, that could work. That could work. All right, so at the very bottom, I'm testing how this Jev main loop is going to work inside main.js. Can you make sure that I can send in this JSON command, which should allow just a mouse press on the screen or an interaction? Um, I'm not sure if we can just do mouse press or we can do an interaction. What is the way we can interact with the game such that we can
37:08send in signals like, hey, I want to move on to the next menu. Or how do I say I want to click a button? I want to know what are my options. Please list them out and what the input should look like to be able to interact with the game. There we go. Let's do this cuz we're going to figure this out. Object. I know it's not very confident.
37:2826%. Hey, that's confidence. Okay, we asked the questions here. Type script. You son of a [ __ ] I'm in. I know.
37:35Thank you. By the way, 81 months is insane. Holy uh cheating just got much easier. I know. Oh, cheating is going to get crazy. Would this Jev AI be a good example for extracting data structures from files and documents? Uh, you have to ask questions. How's Jeff so far?
37:48I've only used it in a very um very small thing. Like my biggest thing I've used Jeff for is just testing out small little questions in which like I asked, hey, I have pooped my pants and I need help now. And it will respond with what should it do? It should and I gave it two options, technical or interact, right? And so it's like dirt cheap.
38:08I'll probably have to go and buy um some credits here shortly because I don't think I have any credits of any kind. Uh straight voice command. I know it's Smith. Okay.
38:19Unknown has a typo. Guys, shut up. Who cares?
38:22Let's see. Hold on. Uh what is God view?
38:24God view just lets me have um what happens in the game, right? So, let's go to play. Let's make sure we can continue to play while it's answering this question. So, there we go. I really hate that we have all these cards. Okay. And I'm somehow in the final level and all this kind of stuff. All right. Okay. So, why why am I here? Hold on. Uh main menu. Let's go back.
38:58Isn't there a way to look at uh mod configs?
39:02Okay. I thought there was a way to list of active mods. Oh, hey. What the heck is that? I don't want to be looking in that crap. Get out of here. Get out of here. Get out of here. Okay. I thought that's how we did uh I thought we click this or go to config and we can see all the different options.
39:20Okay. So, why let's see. Let me let me just make sure that um I'm also going to say this. When I start a game, I get I am put far into the game with lots of points and I have all these jokers and everything selected. Can we please make it sure that when I say new run, I get an actual new run? No state selected. We are just purely focusing on playing a regular game of Bellatro with our view and actions into the game.
39:45Let me just make sure that that's actually going on in there. All right. So, what do we have here? All right. Do not use raw click press to play or buy that joker. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh the click hits whatever the cursor is under. Use names instead. Name. Target. Okay. Name. Click. Target. None. Left mouse. Okay. Okay. I mean, I'm fine with that. Play opens. Uh, let's see. Open new run setup. Okay.
40:11Menu click none. Left mouse on whatever the cursor is under. Handle select card ID. Okay. Play. All right. All right. So, name. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right.
40:26All right. I see you. I see you. So, we should do something. That's let's see on every payload is name target. Target is the card slot ID from the view or big small boss. All right, let's read this whole thing just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Jeff can return either of these uh and get answers will send it. Mouse down left name click optional pixel position otherwise.
40:59All right. All right. How does How does this thing Let's see on. So, if I just pass in name with the value of click, it's just going to rand. It's just going to send a click signal and click whatever's on there or whatever the cursor is considered under. Do we already have this all wired up in Lua?
41:15The real question is, is Lua uh, you know, available for this? Let's see. Hold on. And these phrases like new run, I would rather just have interaction components. So I should be able to say something like name click and then give a button name. That would be good.
41:36Also, when I'm on the main menu, I don't see any buttons to interact with. Are we sure God view has all the buttons?
41:43I'd rather just have something like button click, right? Like I'd rather have some really I'd rather have some really clear things. What is Jeb? So, we're we're about to use Jevs. Do you have access to all possible actions that can be performed on a given view? No, that's what we need to that's what we're trying to figure out what to do here.
41:58I can see it in his eyes. Uh, yeah. I mean, there's parts of vibe coding I don't like, right? We Hold on. We just We got to We got to walk through what the motions are. Okay. Yeah, you have an initial $5 for weeks. Wow. Let's see. You can't empty it out fast. Yeah, I figured I couldn't empty it out fast.
42:13What model is probably using for coding?
42:15Uh, 46 fast. I was approved for Jev yesterday uh evening. Haven't had a chance to play around with it. Yeah. So, I just have the very beginnings of it and so I just need to I just want to see like can I click a screen? Can we see we're on splash screen and then make sure we do that. My my idea is that I'm going to reduce the type of actions that are allowed or the types of choices that it has to make sure it understands what to do based on the screen we're on because that way I can hardcode some things, right? Like if we're on if we're
42:41on the main menu, just press play, bro. You should press play, right? And the question being asked should probably look a little different.
42:56Now, what I could do is I could also just program it to do the clicking itself.
43:01Right? I could just be like, "Hey, do this, do this, do this, do this, and that's that." Right?
43:09So, I'm not really sure what the proper answer is here. I think it might be better if I just make it such that we actually have Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It might just be better to It's confusing, right? Because we have to make what is like what is the best choice to do here? How what state do we send in? How do we get the best answers out? I really don't know. Like
43:38Jeff, is Jeff multimodal? Not yet. Uh maybe you could wire up the fly brain to Jeff Management Arena. Uh uh Blotro is a poor choice. Grock is busted, bro. Grock, I like Grock. He's using anti-gravity. Okay, that's crazy, you guys. Hey, YouTube.
43:57Inappropriate. Inappropriate YouTube.
44:01Uh I wonder how confident is confident knowledge. You can make multimodal router with Jeff. I'm sure you could do some stuff with it. Let me just make sure that this actually gets finished.
44:09My streak fell off, but still got to get a uh my streak fell off, but I still uh got to get a prime sub. Hey, appreciate that. A bunch of tree. 27 months. Honestly, my heart to your heart, 27 months on Twitch Prime's insane. Make Jev know which screen you're currently on. Provide a list of all available screens.
44:26Uh, Splash Man. Yes, that's what that's what I'm doing. Uh, that could be your first lay. Yeah. Yeah. So, exactly. So, Eduardo, you you you're understanding what I'm going for, which is, okay, I'm on a screen. I should just hand it options that are specific to that screen because when we're on the shop, it's a much different set of options, and the question should be different, right? My question can't be win Batro. It has to be you are in the shop of Bellatro and you need and you're trying to win the game of Batro.
44:50Hey, here's what your joke is. Here's what everything is.
44:53Oh, beautiful saying something.
44:54Is trying to send you first time catch catching a stream as a junior Jev developer looking for some career advice.
45:02Hey Lena, how many Jevs could a Jev dev Jeff if I just Oh, dev jev could devs. Thanks in advance. More drink. Water would be great. I'll take some clear protein. The blue one. Thanks, babe. Ah, my wife's she's so beautiful. I wasn't really impressed with Grogentic. Seemed awful. Uh, Damn, bro. Damn, bro. Uh, yeah. Ram, get out of here. That was rough. Take me out. That was rough.
45:35You're You're rough. All right, so do we have this all? Okay, cool. Yes. Uh name click is wired into Lua. Okay. So let's just try this.
45:47All right. So just for fun because I'm giving I'm not giving any real choices here, right?
45:54Um uh could you let's see. Could you please create sidecar bolatroj or ts that has all the actions we can take thus far and have them each uh have them each uh exported?
46:13Yeah. Yeah. Because I think I think this is how you're supposed to use Jeff. I don't like I literally don't know. Choices should be dynamic. Exactly. Choices should be dynamic. Good call. That's what I'm trying to do. Yo, I'm a junior developer. Blotroada does a lot.
46:27Yeah. Uh using toddler sign language. I was using toddler sign language. I did more cuz toddlers they can't go like this. Like this is really hard when a kid can't speak. So they end up going like this. Drink. Drink. Right. You're supposed to use Jeff to get 100% achievements on Factorio.
46:49That's that seems that seems tough. I do like that idea though. I really do like the idea of C. Okay, that's an amazing goal, by the way. Set it up. Can we make Jev get 100% achievements in Bellatro?
47:06You know that that could be fun. Okay, there we go. So, we have a nice little We have view, click, click, play. Okay, let's find out if that happens. You know what I'm talking about. Did you Did you import that for me? You didn't. Uh, let's see. Import uh because apparently we have import uh what is it? Click uh from Vatro. This is getting messy, people. This is messy. You can see that this is messy.
47:44Yep. What else did we have in here? We have Oh, nice. Look at that.
47:51Nice. We have view. And then what else do we have?
47:56We have play. What What the hell is play?
48:03Okay. Well, we we'll get to you later cuz I I I honestly don't even know what you're supposed to do.
48:09Uh because that that's the hard part. Oh my goodness. Why are you not going?
48:16Well, how did I miss that? What was I pressing something wrong there? What was going on there? All right, god view and click. Okay, so let's just start with that. And so you're on the splash screen. Uh, you are on the splash screen of Bellatro. Actually, I'm actually very curious. Can I just go Jason? Let's just let's Hey, what about if we just Let's just do that. Okay. And then let's go like this.
48:45Let's go. Um data question or um see state actually you know what let's just let's just let's just stay here for a second let's just see what happens okay splash screen questions so we only let's see uh uh you are trying to start a game of Bellatro
49:12what is the next action And then we'll go like this JSON stringify and let's go uh click right. Okay. Okay. I can see why I had as read view god view. Read view. All right. There we go. All right. Let's just see what happens here. Cuz honestly, I don't even know what I'm going to get out of here. Okay, I don't even know what we're going to get out of here. Let's just make sure.
49:48I'm spending so much time on such a stupid part. Maybe we should just skip the splash screen and it just waits until we're outside of the splash screen, but I just want to make it work.
49:56You know what I mean?
50:00All right, so we should be able to go just Jev. All right, so there we go.
50:04We've tried Jev with like a small little thing. Jev, can you can you Jev for me?
50:11All right. Jeb did not return a game action unknown. Okay. So very high confident. It it was highly confident. It had no idea. Stringify your uh let's see your stringify is a literal string. Shouldn't it be a literal string? Oh [ __ ] Oh, you're so right. Oh my gosh. I am such a dummy, fellas.
50:38I've lost it. I vibe coded too close to the sun. Okay, so now that we're here, honestly, [ __ ] this. Screw that thing.
50:45Uh view uh view phase equals I think it's what? What are we?
50:50All right. Actually, you know what?
50:52Let's just try something for now. Let's just go like this for now. Let's just see what happens. else if uh view phase equals let's see uh just view just view uh jq uh jq.phase that face. It's menu.
51:19All right. I'm only going to really give it uh next move choice instructions. Uh you are on the Bellatro main menu. You uh and we need to know what is the next action.
51:37to be able to start and win a game. Do I need to form it into a question? I never know. Let's see. Play. Click. Uh, what was the what was the name of it? Let's see. Yeah, I want click to autocomplete with the available strings I can pass in. Please enumerate the available strings as a type so that I can only pass in correct answers.
52:06There we go. I don't want that. on that like right. I don't want none of that crap.
52:11Main menu button. Is it really main menu play?
52:16Uh play quit. Let's just let's just pretend quit is there. Okay. And main main menu quit also. All right. Let's just see what happens.
52:32So, Jev choice play input tokens. This one, Jev did not return uh a game action play.
52:46Wait, brother. What the hell are you saying?
52:58Oh, let's let's just let's Okay, hold on. Hold on. Let's not even get to that point. Okay.
53:09Wait, why did that take so long?
53:10Shouldn't Shouldn't we have Why did that Why did that take so long? Next move. The game did not answer the action in time. Okay, we don't care about that. We We just wanted this one. Probability. So, we have choice play prob. Okay. I mean, that's that's the move we wanted to make, right? Okay, good. So, it it didn't pick it didn't pick quit. It picked play. Okay. So, that's good.
53:32That That's a good thing. That is Did you guys hear that?
53:47Did you guys hear that? Yeah. Yeah. My cat was on my wall, scaled up my foam, jumped, tried to grab a bird, the bird flew out, and the cat. That was That was crazy. Okay, that was I don't know what the hell's going on there. Okay, that that was It sounded like kid pics closing. That is a dude. I haven't heard the term kid pics in decades. Me and my mom used to do that. Okay, so let's see on
54:14Okay, so I now have this the if statement in the main file working to the point where I can get out an answer from Jev. Now, how do I take that answer and I need to pass into the game and make it perform that action? Could you please fill in what that should look like? Only inside the if statement. Don't do anything general. Just make the call.
54:36I don't need anything fantastic. We don't need anything special. Uh you shouldn't explain what each criteria. Uh no, I don't believe you're supposed to mean I don't know. I I don't know yet. It didn't pick suicide. Good. Yeah. Ghost. Yeah, it did not pick suicide.
54:51So, we're good. Is everyone doing good over here? Are we good? Is the stream up? Is the stream nice and healthy?
54:56Okay, stream is nice and healthy. Are you guys doing good? Yeah, you guys are doing good. My Maybuku, thank you very much. Four guy forgot 10 of Avenger. Appreciate that. Demon, when I come back home, she asked me if I got a a haircut. I said, "No, I got all my haircut. Junior devet let's first time catching a stream. Hey prime first as a first off it's not looking for some career advice.
55:43How many jevs could a jev dev jev if a dev jev could dev? Thanks in advance. Well if a jev dev could jev devs then you'd probably need at least a bucket. Okay. All right. Let's just see what happens here.
56:10Oh, nice. Look at that. We no longer get that one. Okay. Good.
56:21All right. Good. Now, let's see what happens here.
56:37What happened there? What What just happened there? Did Did Jeb just commit sodoku?
56:45Did we just Did we just commit sodoku?
56:57All right, wait for it to launch again.
57:01Wait, why are you taking so long?
57:06Oh, where is everything?
57:09Okay, that took a while. I don't know what was going on there. All right, you go to nine and then we're going to go back here now. Now, okay. No, no, no. You were supposed to go to nine. Now you come back here and you show me what I want. AGI. It saw Velantro and was like, "No, [ __ ] that. All right. Come on, Jeff." Okay. So, I don't know if Jeff did the right thing.
57:49Are we clicking? Are we clicking quit?
57:53Yo, what's going on here? Okay, what's going on here?
58:03What what does get good answer do?
58:16What is what is going on here? Uh, okay. So, this seems this seems kind of wrong.
58:25Could you relook at prepare action because it should be taking in our new type safe API?
58:31We should be only having one of those answers come back. So, could you make sure that it's not like I just something feels a little bit off by can you just double check that we have this thing properly updated?
58:42Also, I would just like to make sure that we actually have some logging.
58:46Also, could you add some logging to prepare action so I know what's being executed?
58:53because that's a little weird. Can Can we at least Can we at least figure out You broke it. I don't think I broke Oh, thank you, babe. Oh, that is so good.
59:43Just normal human things. Just totally normal human things.
59:51Those look like olives. Uh, no. These are blueberries. He's good at coating and throwing food in his mouth. Unfair. I know. Grape. Yo, what the [ __ ] was that? I don't Nobody actually knows what that was.
1:00:13What about the one we dropped? We're never going to talk about that one again. Okay. So, all right. So, let's relaunch Balatro. Okay. I got to figure out how to launch this better there. I think there's a way to make this launch a little bit nicer. The hard part is that uh you know when you quit the game, it really does kind of it makes things really slow. Can we agree to that? Oh my gosh. like I don't want to quit the game
1:00:46All right. So, there we go. So, we got we got this up and running. So, now when Jev goes here, boom. Do you see that?
1:00:55Jev clicked. That was awesome. Okay, it just clicked it. It said, "Hell yeah, brother. I'm going to just click that shit." And it did it. Okay, good. So, it knew what to do. It was on the splash screen. It said I know what to do here. Okay. Prepare action. Main menu. Play.
1:01:16Prepare action. Quit.
1:01:21Clearly. That is incorrect. Okay. And I also need these probabilities. What's the What's the thing called to print out uh objects in its full? It's called something like dur. It's called something like utils.
1:01:35dur import util right and it's called dur dur right uh util utils what the hell is it called how do you fine you know what I I didn't want to like I want the nice little fine you know what jsonstringify uh null four right we we can throw it to two okay we'll do that well [ __ ] I didn't want to have to do this and we
1:02:03all agree none of us want to do This this is unfair. Utils derp utils inspect. You can inspect these utils in your mouth. Have you thought about that? Idiot. Oh, [ __ ] Okay. Well, that's not what I wanted.
1:02:31Okay, whatever. We're going to put you right there. Okay. Okay, we're going to put you right there quickly. Jev, show them how it's done. Okay, good job, Jeff. All right, so let's see. Uh, let's see. Let me make Let me actually get the uh the choices out here because here's the thing is that my answer was next move, type, choice, play, but it never actually did that. It did some other stupid thing.
1:02:54My uh choice back was, how come it executed both options?
1:03:02Should it not only execute?
1:03:06What the hell is going on in this code?
1:03:08All right, answer. Yeah, answer is what we got back, right? It's a question. And so then when we go into here, when we actually did get answer, what the See, like I said, what the hell's going on here?
1:03:19What's the choice? What is this choice doing?
1:03:25See, quit 1% chance plays a 99.
1:03:31It should only uh only execute play. What the [ __ ] is going on here?
1:03:36Fix it, daddy. There we go. I ain't typing [ __ ] Okay, people. We are vibing. Emmanuel. Okay. Okay. So, we're still working on some of the uh basic interactions. I, you know, I could have done this off of stream, but I figured you guys wanted to see this on stream. And, you know, sometimes I feel like I made the wrong decision.
1:03:56I shouldn't have quit Netflix. What did I do?
1:04:02and prepare action. He loves making it look difficult for real. What the hell was I thinking?
1:04:14So, hey, thank you, Pixel Gorilla. I quit Netflix two and a half years ago. Look at Look at this. Look at this, guys. Look at this. [ __ ] Oh, man. That hurts. This is I quit. April 8th was my final day. They celebrated my leave and now they're crashing. Oh, that hurts. Okay. Hey, that Netflix not impressive right now. Not impressive at all.
1:04:58All right, Jeff chose play. Both options ran because Jason stringify menu and Jason stringify quit. We're sending those clicks. Oh, click now only builds it. Okay. Yes. Act. Yes, that's what I Okay, dog. That's what I thought we were doing.
1:05:13What the hell are you talking about?
1:05:17Who Who writes code like that?
1:05:21See, this is this is every single time I vibe code is I always end up going, "Who does it like that? Who? I thought we agreed. I thought we were on the same team." And it's not the same team.
1:05:37Every single time.
1:05:40Okay. Every single time, people. Thank you very much. I told you not to quit Netflix. I know. I should have listened to you. You should have definitely quit Netflix. Wait, what? All right. Boom. Jev, take me past this menu. Thanks, Jev. All right. Hey, Jev.
1:05:56We pressed play. Let's go. Okay, we're playing, boys. We're playing. Okay, let's go. Let's get my view. Let's get my god view. And then let's hit him with the JQ phase. So, here's the hard part is that we're still on menu. All right. So, I don't really know how to disambiguate this.
1:06:14All right. So, how do we get the list of active buttons that are currently on the menu? or just generally in any scene, how do we get the list of active buttons?
1:06:25Let's just see because that's what we really want to do. I don't want to hardcode buttons. I want I want buttons to be automatically just added for me.
1:06:39I is great for programming.
1:06:41But scene buttons filter. Okay. So, okay.
1:06:48And when the day comes, you have to code by Yeah, he's right, dude. That AI absolutely right. That was right there. It was right. It the whole time it was right there.
1:06:56Theory and business.
1:06:57The whole time it was right there in front of me. So, I'm going to go like this. Uh, Jev questions. Next move, blah blah blah blah blah. I'm going to go function and code buttons because these are choices, right? Uh, these are choices.
1:07:15God view. And then we're going to have this one. We're going to have a What does come out? What comes out of click?
1:07:26Okay. Act input. Huh? Huh? Act input. Act uh input. There we go. All right. Um, please fill in and code buttons using click. Boom. Go. All right. Uh, feed it with everything in the god view. I don't want to do everything in the god view. I mean, I guess I I mean, I could 1920 uh 192000 on this playlist. No, that's not from um Demon Days. We'll play that though.
1:08:00What happened to a 99? I could have just done 99 there. AI is great for programming, but as long as you understand what you're doing, it's just a tool. Yeah. The hard part about it's just Yeah, it's literally the Demon Days album. One one thing that's hard about AI that I keep on finding is that I get into this situation in which once I've gone too far, like it's easy to go too far.
1:08:25I actually still use 99 uh NVIM quite a bit, but I only use it for searching.
1:08:31You know what I mean?
1:08:49All right, let's go like this. Let's uh let's go like this. Let's actually return um let's go like this. Type uh let's see uh button uh button questions equals a record string act uh input. There we go. That's probably better, right? Cuz those are button questions, right? That's what they call them, questions, right? It's just like, damn, son, there's questions.
1:09:15And so that means we can go cons out or we can go Oh my gosh. You guys want to just have the worst possible thing ever?
1:09:21Reduce. I hate reduces. Oh, it just Oh. Oh. Oh [ __ ] son. I hate it.
1:09:32I I hate using, you know, don't you guys agree? Every single time I use reduceime, I just get so angry. I don't want to use going too far. Are you saying that you're driving too close to the sun?
1:09:44It's just It's just the worst.
1:10:05I just I I always hate reduce. Okay. It's just I you know it's just it's it it's just a me thing. Okay. I always feel like whenever I see you know I think imperative code is beautiful. All right. Hey hey hey shut up. Okay.
1:10:20Criteria. Button criteria. Ooh, button criteria, which by the way, a little bit in today's day and age, people are probably like, "What is this guy on?" const criteria equals encode buttons. And then, well, in this one, we only needed to go criteria. Oh, actually, this is splash. And so, we should be able to go like this. We should be able to go uh button uh criteria C.
1:10:53What the hell? Who C C is not what? Uh but let's uh go like this. Sorry. I want I I sometimes, you know, sometimes I enjoy programming things myself. And so I want to I want to program things myself. Okay. All right. I just want to program things myself sometimes. Okay. All right. So let's see what happens now.
1:11:20Overlay menu back button. Okay.
1:11:22Interesting. Why'd you choose that one?
1:11:30Okay. Interesting. So, I do.
1:11:35Okay. So, we found ourselves we have found ourselves in a bit of a bind. Now I'm gonna say, so what what is the play button here?
1:11:51Oh, thank you. Do you see Do you see the bind we're in? Do you see the bind here? Before we go forward, let's just do Hey, let's just do the easy thing. Let's go like this. Console log um buttons. What? What? What? What? Two the buttons. All right. So, here's what we have.
1:12:17Uh, we have, what do we have? We have main menu, button, click, but main menu is not okay. Main menu is technically active right now, but it wasn't active then. Uh, mod buttons, options, quit, collection buttons, mod buttons, go to Discord, go to Twitter, language selections, uh, tab, continue, tab, challenges, start, let's see, start, setup, run. So, our all buttons here, let me just actually print out what are all buttons.
1:12:50Um, shut the hell up. Nobody Nobody even likes you. Okay. Uh, let's go like this console log button because All right.
1:13:11setup run options.
1:13:15Like there's no way that these were all the ones that were available, right?
1:13:26Because now like Okay, so I I feel like there's there's definitely a disconnect here.
1:13:58Here are all the buttons that say uh they are active on this screen.
1:14:05Why? Oh, let's see. On. It seems like every button is enabled. What is going on here? How do we know what buttons uh to press?
1:14:17It should press play. Now, I can say that maybe my question sucks.
1:14:22Uh the screen behind it has social buttons. I know the screen behind it has social buttons, but it they're not pressable, right? Like I can't press that. See?
1:14:36Like I can't press that.
1:14:46because there's like a thing in front of it. Those enabled button flags are wrong. Listening. Let's see. We're listing buttons sitting under the uh overlay. I'll check. Yeah, there we go. Please go fix that.
1:14:57Skill issue. Are you using a computer?
1:14:59GUI or API underneath the hood? Yes. Uh if you cannot describe what is happening, Jev just hallucinates [ __ ] Uh that's a main menu. They are certainly uh present though. They are present but they're not able to be clicked. I guess that's the hard part is he is clueless. No, I said yes as in we're technically sending synthetic events through Lua, but it is actually just a GU and all that.
1:15:37I am very experienced JevDdev really and I did not like it. I much prefer Jeb. The guac mer uh merchant formerly known as George Bush's tiny brother. Oh, Jeb.
1:15:47What was what was Trump's nickname for Jeb?
1:15:55Not able to click equal skill issues. I know. Shut up. Please clap. We're going to clap. Okay. I made a I made Jeb CLI. Please clap. Everybody give the man a clap. Very good joke.
1:16:10What was Jeb's nickname?
1:16:13Right. Didn't Didn't they all have What's your What's your first impression of Jeb? I have no first impression of Jeb.
1:16:28Setup. Run options. Quit your collection mods. Go to Discord. See, those are all still true.
1:16:35Um Well, you know what? We actually probably need to We probably need to reload this thing, don't we?
1:16:43That's probably what happened. Let's just reload Bellantro. Everybody, we got to reload Bantro. And honestly, uh, just Jev, give it to me, Jev. Jev, you're so smart. Jev, let's let's in fact, let's reload our side car. Sidec car, you're back in. Okay, good job, Sidecar. Just Jev. Okay, good job, Jev.
1:17:13Okay. So, again, I can't start like this, dog. Why am I starting with all this money? Okay. What's going on here?
1:17:22I don't want all this money. All right. I am still starting a new game fully loaded with cards and money.
1:17:34Please make sure let's see on. Is there a mod that is doing this or is there a setting we have programmed in to make us start flushed?
1:17:47All right. Jeb already hacked into Bellatro mainframe. I know. Hey, Bear Grug. Appreciate that. Former President George W. Bush's nickname. His brother Jeb was uh Tortois. No. Uh President Trump's Jeb Bush nickname. What do they call? Did he call low energy jab? That's what it was. It makes me laugh because it's funny. I just love the He's low energy like Okay.
1:18:24I wonder what the rest of the world thinks when our presidents are getting nicknames on stage. He's like, "How'd the debate go?" Well, he gave him a zinger of a nickname. Okay, that's pretty neat. All right, it's not flushed. Uh, it is your continued save.
1:18:47Spider out instead of killing him.
1:18:49Oh, shoot. I had a few drinks.
1:18:51Oh, what? He's a web designer.
1:19:11Is that is that uh is that continue?
1:19:15Cuz that doesn't seem right here. Let's just make sure I don't have uh here. Let's just make sure I here. Hold on. Uh here we'll keep on going. Next round.
1:19:25Skip blind. Select.
1:19:29Uh, let's go like this. Play.
1:19:36This is no way. This is my hand, right?
1:19:38Like I don't this. You can't make it this far with this hand. All right. There we go. I have no continue. I have no continue. All right.
1:19:53Oh, I had easy mode, right?
1:20:04Red deck selected.
1:20:15Hey Oh, dang. What happened?
1:20:26That's That's right, people. We're in a new location.
1:20:32Something like this.
1:20:38Uh, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, [ __ ] shoot, shoot, [ __ ] Uh, criteria. Let's hit him with one of those. Let's drop that thing. And let's go like this. Uh let question uh equals uh let's just do an empty string for now. If we're on splash, let's not do any of this. Let's yank that bad boy out. And let's put that in here. And then we're going to go in here and we're going to go instruction. Oh, it's called instructions. Uh
1:21:07instructions. There we go. And then we're going to go down here and we're going to just put that bad boy right here. All right. And then criteria.
1:21:15We're going to go criteria crude the criterius the the critterus the the crus go like this just in case I want to I in case I just want you know cuz honestly it's just easier to do this sometimes it's easier to live life this way. You know what I mean?
1:21:36Sometimes it's just easier to ts ignore that son of a [ __ ] than it is to do anything else. All right, there we go. Instruction should be um you are on the splash screen of Bellatro.
1:21:56Let's see. Uh what is your next move in the game of Bellatro so that you can start and win a game?
1:22:07All right, let's just see what happens with that. Let's just see if we can get like a nice generalized just like a a very simple general instruction. I'd prefer not to have to keep on doing stuff over and over again. You know what I mean? Just Jeff.
1:22:24Wait, is it trying to skip blind?
1:22:28Select blind button. Okay, enabled. Enabled. Enabled. Enabled.
1:22:35Select blind. Okay, so it tried to select blind. What just happened here?
1:22:42Missing button. Select blind button.
1:22:48Do we have the right name for the buttons? This seems like select uh select a blind is there. Hey, I'm just saying. Hey, is that an instruction? Yeah. Can't ste low energy drump. So, you prompt to play the game faster. But can you do Breath of the Wild speedruns now? No, I don't think so. Switch it, please. Shut up. Shut up. We'll see. We'll see what we can get here.
1:23:32A viewer from Germany here. I never knew Trump has Trump has this nickname. But most people knew, including me, that don't have a good opinion about Trump.
1:23:41Trump has a nickname. What's his nickname?
1:23:50Germany. I don't Germany. I don't even get your question.
1:23:56Smart idea to couple it to. Yeah, I think it'd be fun. Drump. I don't really get that joke. I What does that mean?
1:24:10Is this one of those Is this one of those European jokes that I'm I'm incapable of understanding? Hey, uh, Super Zoomi. I mean, there's a lot of them, right?
1:24:20Guy from Germany, you're a third world country now. Oh my gosh, what the hell is happening? Hey, don't call him a third world country, okay?
1:24:30Let me just ask you this one.
1:24:33Tough guy. What's the first world from the sun?
1:24:40Mercury. What's the second world from the sun?
1:24:45What's the third world from the sun?
1:24:57Your mom got him. Damn. Ain't no way. All third world. Anyways, Mr. Rhetoric, I know. What about Uranus? Damn, Uranus is deep somewhere in there. The sun doesn't exist. Yeah, Drum. Drump is Trump's original family name before he came to United States and changed it. Oh, damn. Trump is a way better name than Drumf. I'm going to throw that out there.
1:25:21That's a way better name. Like, if I were to pick between two names, I would choose Trump over Drumf. You know what I mean? All right. It's still working on this thing.
1:25:45Even now. Oh, absolutely. Now, I don't like drum is that that that that that's that feels like a silly name in America. I'm sure that's great. It's a great name from not America land. Uh, I don't know what you guys call yourselves. Rest of world. Is that what is that what everybody else calls themselves?
1:26:07I do enjoy myself being the stupid American. Wait, you guys do you guys call yourself uh like rest of world ro?
1:26:23Select blind button. See, it's still it.
1:26:25Okay. Let's see. God view now list a real target target select a small blind select big blind select blind button still works which means current deck okay here let me go like this and so my my assumption is that this is because we have maybe an old version of that I don't know how to make that work better so let's just relaunch it right here all right so it does look we are now able to get we're we're getting places people I think there's going to be a lot of difficulty when it all comes down to
1:26:54it getting into Uh some of the further places. Just Jeff. All right. Come on, Jeff.
1:27:13Oh, that's supposed to be right here.
1:27:20Okay, hold on. That that that worried me. How'd that happen? How How did that just happen?
1:27:26We're not. I refuse. We are not. We are not having regressions. Okay. are not having regressions. All right. Good. Click that [ __ ] All right. Good. Click that. Yeah. Click that. Oh my gosh, we made it, fellas.
1:28:03Fellas, we made it into the game. That was pretty cool, right? That was actually pretty cool. Okay. So, now that we're in the game, I think this is where things are going to get a lot more confusing because we now need to um we need to figure out like what are the calls that it should do that I think make more sense because what are the available options that we can actually even present on this screen.
1:28:32All right, let's just take a photo here. Let's just ask the old AI like this. What available uh commands can we do on this screen? I think we should have a lot in uh what's it called in uh Bellatro. Make sure none of them actually uh do the action but instead produce the JSON just like just like uh click does. There we go.
1:29:04I want to have a list of what actions we can perform because I know I'm going to forget some actions. And then we also need to figure out what our actions are going to be on the shop because the shop's a little bit goofy, too, because you have to like select a card and and buy the card. You know what I mean? Just lick. Dude, I want to lick that. Can we beat Magnus Carlson at chess now with Jev? I don't think so.
1:29:29Uh, we are big American. You are small American by Greece. Oh, okay. Okay.
1:29:35Okay. So, I'm big America and you guys are just America ex extended Lord of the Rings edition. Can you tell me what click function does? Does it click or does it return the spec? It just returns the spec. I was expecting to see Jev playing your tower defense game you created. Oh, I already have that. Uh I already have that as like a thing I started, but I figured it's more fun to play Bolatro because it's actually a completed game, you know? It actually has like a start and stop. You know what I mean?
1:30:05Are you really planning on hard coding every action option on the screen? Well, we got to figure out what we can grab, what we can do, right? What does game view return? It'd be nicer if I can get game view to do the quote unquote hard coding of everything. I don't know. You know, we got to you got to you got to like take your time. You got to figure out these things. I'm enjoying Jev. It is. Jev is by far the coolest LLM thing that we've had created recently cuz I kind of feel like I'm tired of a bunch of these new model releases. I'm sure you guys have seen I've talked
1:30:33about it. I'm pretty tired of it. Uh but because it's all like this, it's just like okay, it's like slightly better, whatever. But Jeb is now like this this crazy thing that's like, "Okay, I'm going to make a decision and I'll make a decision for you in literally like 200 milliseconds, which is crazy, right?
1:30:54So it's like, okay, this is fun. Let's do that." All right, we have swords suit, all this kind of stuff. Click, click, click, click, click. Okay.
1:31:04So I guess the next question I have is can the view itself that is produced can it provide us the list of available actions to be taken? Is that a possibility?
1:31:23Somewhere has to list out the actions, right?
1:31:26Something has to list the actions. I don't know if I'd want the view to do it. Hold on. Hold on. Oh, hold on. Don't uh don't program it. I am just asking for a friend. Jeez, calm down, man. I'm just asking for a friend, you know. View already has it. View actions is every action on the scene. Name, target, enabled, the reason, when it disappeared, buttons. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. View actions. Cool. Okay. Cool.
1:31:57Cool. Cool. So, let's go like this. Let's go. Uh, God view JQ actions. Reason, no cards. No cards. Discard. We can't do any of that. No cards. Sort rank. Sort suit. Uh, no hand. But everything says unavailable.
1:32:28Clearly, we can select a card, right?
1:32:37Oh, these are all these are all different card names, right?
1:32:52All right. I see this a lot. This reason Uh, unavailable, right?
1:33:02And this doesn't make sense to me because clearly we can select the card. Unavailable. Is that really a reason to not do something? Does that mean that this thing is not interactable? But I don't think that's the case. Correct. All right. Are we doing a Batro mod? Not really. Hard coding is fragile. Just give it the current state and let it choose. Don't Adrien.
1:33:26Adri Adrien, I don't know. I have to generate the state, right? I don't know what the state is, you know? That's what we're trying to figure out. I would like to have like you don't want to you don't want to just give it a bunch of buttons that don't exist.
1:33:54Use it for an ad. No, you have to give it you have to like you have to give it stuff tubex. Thank you. I want to give it I want I have to some something somewhere has to define the state. Shut up. All right, let's see. You're right.
1:34:07The card is selectable. Enable true is the real flag. Reason unavailable is leftover junk in this Lua line. Enabled or nil or reason is unavailable. It does not mean nil when enabled. True. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nil falsy. Okay. So every action enable let's go on. So every enabled action with no reason gets stamped unavailable. Ignore reason. No. No. Instead, let's have reason not be present when there is no error.
1:34:37Like what are we doing here?
1:34:50Cuz like what does this mean?
1:34:56Reason disabled enabled equals true. In fact, let's just get rid of reason alto together. What the hell does this even mean? Let's get rid of reason allto together.
1:35:11It's going to be it's going to confuse the Jeffy Jevy baby is going to be so confused. You know what I mean?
1:35:19as in you can't choose it. Yeah, I know. Like what does it mean? You can choose it.
1:35:23I can choose it right now. Look, run info. So clearly that doesn't that makes no franken sense. You know what I mean?
1:35:30Let's just get rid of like reason doesn't seem to make any sort of sense. If it's enabled, then we use it. If it's not enabled, then we don't use it. We cannot play. Play is not enabled. That makes sense. I don't need no cards. Like I don't need to know this. Okay. I'm not going to be reason is lying again. I'll just remove it from the snapshot and keep enabled. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you.
1:35:51It's pronounced Je Gv. Oh, it's Gv. Gvan's paradox. YouTube gets triggered when people don't vibe code. Uh, base prime. I already sweating how to answer. I know. Freaking idiot. Is the chat box still Jeb or is it a different LLM? The chat? No, the chat is just Jev does not do chatting. Okay, Jev's playing the game. Jev Gv and Jeff. This is a messed up world. It really is.
1:36:20Okay, there we go. So, let's go like this. Just god view actions. Okay, I Oh, yes, that's right.
1:36:30So, that means I need to go here. Let's close this bad boy back down and let's do a just play. All right, so now we should be able to actually play the game. We should We should hopefully see what it does and then we can put it in a loop. Right now, I just I I haven't put it in a loop yet because I just don't want to um just Jev. All right. Just Jev. Nice. Good job. Just Jev.
1:36:53Really? Okay. Run info. Okay.
1:37:07Well, [ __ ] All right. So, let's go to here and let's go back to here and let's go uh phase. What is our phase? Selecting hand.
1:37:27Maybe we can kind of else if uh view uh phase equals selecting hand. All right. So, let's go in here and let's maybe we can make the instructions a little bit more clear here, right?
1:37:42Um, what is the next move we should uh do to win the game of Bellatro?
1:37:57I don't know why not just saying things. Okay. It really loves So now here's the I guess. Okay. So, I was thinking that we might have to break this up into multiple parts, right?
1:38:14Which is when we're on a screen, we might have to take Jev and be like, "What action do you want to do? Do you want to select card? Do you want to play hand? Do you want to discard?
1:38:27What do you want to do?" And then when it selects that, then it says, "Okay, well, here's all the things you could do. If you want to select card, what card do you want to select? All that." I don't know if we actually need to do that. Uh, I I worry a little bit that maybe I'm getting Oh, look at this.
1:38:48Uh. Oh, I'm only passing in buttons.
1:38:54I'm only passing in buttons. All right. All right. All right. All right. Fair. Try Whatever that is, get get the hell out of here. We don't need you. All right, get out of here. We don't want that. Okay, so that good. So that should just like not have Okay, good.
1:39:26Okay, so that's our problem. We're kind of stuck in this loop because I don't have any other actions. This Okay, so this is Hey, this is my bad. My bad. My my B my B my B. All right. Um make and encode actions just uh in see in a similar fashion uh fashion to how encode uh buttons work. Make sure you are using
1:39:53the correct uh the correct uh functions for each action. throw uh an error if you don't recognize the action. There you go. Make no mistakes. Hello, infinite drinking guy. Hey. Hi. It yearns for info. I know. It just yearns.
1:40:13Jev, solve the problem. Uh, does it have existing context of the rules of the game? No. It's an LLM dog. Boltro won game of the year. You don't think an LLM does not understand what the hell's going on?
1:40:35Give it uh give it a lost car. Uh lots of cards. Wait, it probably better understands than me.
1:40:48All right, there you go. So, let's see where we get to. Netflix stock check, man. Netflix stock hurts my feelings. What about what what caused it to go down so much after downgrade? Why it's losing the streaming wars to Disney? Damn, it's losing streaming wars to Disney.
1:41:14How's DRAM doing? Okay, nice. Nice. I love that. How about How about our boy How about our boy Elon with SpaceX?
1:41:23Down 2% today. Idiot. Fell off. Fell off. absolutely fell off. Netflix uh Narnia casting got controversy. Really?
1:41:31What? Dude, what did they do with What did What did Netflix do with the casting?
1:41:42Nobody likes SpaceX. Well, Asyn is a woman. That would be insane. There's no way. I actually refuse to believe that. It goes from lion to woman like changed both the uh both the species that it fell into and the sex. I refuse to they made as a woman. I actually refuse to believe that. Wait, no they did not. Asen the G. No they did not. Uh okay hold on. Narnia is a woman.
1:42:30Greta upcoming Netflix. Let's see.
1:42:50I don't know what to do with that one. That's silly. Like that's just silly. Oh, it selected a king, bro. You have a full house.
1:43:13Okay. What is going on here? Why am I seeing an error?
1:43:18Enabled. Run. Info button. Enabled. Options. this one answer. Oh, look at this. It has these things like select 249, whatever this stuff is. That's kind of a like an annoying way to do it, right? It'd be kind of nicer if we had something that was a little bit better. We're also not really giving it really great names here. So, we did select 291. Okay. Fantastic.
1:43:56Okay. That this is not shoot. Okay. So, maybe let's see. Uh see, I like how you can suspend your belief enough that a lion can talk, but it but not that it sounds like a woman. Yes, I can't do that. I'm sorry. That's crazy. Morgan Freeman. Dude, Morgan Freeman would be sweet. What are those things under probabilities? That's what it chose.
1:44:34Okay, so it it really thought, okay, there's nothing left to do here except for unselect, discard. Where's the play button?
1:44:51Wait, I got 66%. I should probably Okay, so what new information should I give it? Anyone want to take a swing at what instructions should be? What do you think the instructions should be? Anyone want to make a Hey, thank you Cozer. Appreciate that.
1:45:40Um, let's see. Uh, can the god view also return the expected can we pre-calculate how much or is it possible to calculate how much the hand is worth before you press the play button? And if so, can we return the value we need versus how much uh how much our current hand is worth inside the god view? Right, that would be
1:46:06probably pretty important, right?
1:46:16I just I'm not sure if Bellatro calculates it by playing the game or if they have a way to just calculate it. You know what I mean? I don't know. There's a skill. Let's see. There's a skill the Jev uh team uh to create questions for choices. You might want to try it out.
1:46:41Okay. Okay. Where? Let's see. You're playing Batro. Your only goal uh each round is to beat the blind blind score before you run out of hands. Extra points are worthless. Aim for the strongest hand type your joker and planet level's favor. Usually flushes, straits, or pair pairs based hands. Uh and use discards freely and see and early to throw away cards that don't build towards it. If your current hand looks strong enough to finish the blind, play it. If not, keep discarding towards
1:47:11a better hand rather than, let's see, spending on a weak hand. Okay. Okay, hold on. We can keep on going with that one. All right, go like that and go see. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I can't read it. It's giving me stress. Let's see. Well, let's see. Keep discarding towards a better hand rather than spending a hand on a weak score. That must be what that is. All right. Well, let's just see what happens.
1:47:50Okay. Nice. Okay. Yeah, I like it. Okay. Nice. Really swiftly swapping the suits. Okay. Sword suit. Okay. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Nice. Okay. We're going to sword suits. Okay. Hey, hey, good answer. Good answer, everybody. Okay, we sorted suits. Okay, so now we're now we're a sword suitor.
1:48:10See what action here. Actually, let's take this out and let's put this in here and let's can we put this inside of our uh inside of our state, right? Because this might be a state requirement, correct?
1:48:36Is it a state? Is it a state requirement?
1:48:41So, I I'll start with the old I Let's see. Let's go like this. Let's paste that bad boy in. Let's go back in here.
1:48:46Let's take out that guy. Let's paste him up here. And let's go to Let's see. Uh hints. I don't know. Why not?
1:48:58All right. All right. All right. Let's see. Let's go like this. Okay. All right. Let's bring that bad boy up. Just Jeff. All right. You're still sorting suits now. Okay. So, that's an interesting move. Ever since it heard like whatever was just said right here.
1:49:38Why is it Why are we not selecting? All right, I got to go pee. I'll be right back. What the heck's happening, Jeff?
1:51:46All right. Hey, so let's just take it down for a second. Go back here. I think we got to think a little bit more about our state. I can't just hand it I assume I just can't hand it the gigantic JSON that is everything that's going on in the game. Is that just like is that just not right? It seems to work just fine on the menu side of things.
1:52:17Right. Everything seems to work just fine there. But then when we're right here, it just wants to do that despite the fact.
1:52:32Fingers crossed. Jeigent cards again.
1:52:36What are the chances we get three sixes and three fives twice in a row?
1:52:41Like what what are the chances here people? What are the chances seated?
1:52:57But it but it can't be seated because these cards are different. We had a king here last time and a jack gigantic JSON. Yeah. What we're sending it right now is this. All right. Um, so this is what we sent him. Okay. So, we could probably drop the deck. All right. So, I think we can agree that deck.
1:53:38Let's just see what happens. Right. We probably don't need deck as of right now, right? We don't need it to plan ahead too much.
1:53:46Could be nice. We could potentially also just reduce it, right?
1:53:51Because like look at this.
1:53:55Way too much [ __ ] in there. Okay. So, that's probably part of the here. Let's just take this and be like this is what uh each card in the deck uh looks like. Almost all the information is useless. Is there a way to uh reduce this down to something a bit more useful?
1:54:18Suit rank uh worth multipliers, right?
1:54:37Let's just start there, right? Do we really need all that for enhanced cards?
1:54:42Yeah. Yeah. There's there's there's there's some like enhancements on it.
1:54:53Multipliers enhancements. There. There you go. Get in there. Try it again, brother. I want to do this, too. [ __ ] Do a bell review software. I I want to do this. All right. So, that seems like Okay, so we probably don't need this, right? Or we'll need some sort of reduced version of this hand. Let's see. Hands played this round three. Oh, I'm continuing on. That's what happened. I continued on.
1:55:19Okay, never mind. This is the same. It's not only the same. See, it's the same game. Buns enabled. dollars phase selecting hand consumable slots two win ante inflation pack interrupt tarot interrupt pack cards joker slot shop we don't need anything for the shop we could probably uh strip shop inside of this game right
1:55:48so let's just make some notes let's make some notes here and see let's go like this function uh what do we call this get Okay. Oh my gosh. All right. Let's go like this. Um, strip shop in um in game, right? We don't we don't need that. Discards use hands left. Viewing deck false. Stage name run. What is the phase by the way? Selecting hand.
1:56:29What is What is this? Oh, are these just cards again?
1:56:34Oh, these are Are those cards?
1:56:38I'm confused. What is discard?
1:56:44Oh, what has been discarded?
1:56:48What has been played? Oh, so okay. So, yeah, because there's the king, there's the jack next. And then what was the last one we just played? Like a nine or something. Nine. Yeah, there's the nine. Okay. So, we probably don't need to discard. These are things that have been played. Like, these are things that we're no longer using. I mean, I guess when we reduce down all the stuff, maybe it's a little bit nicer, but whatever.
1:57:10This seems like a little this seems a little silly.
1:57:13Overlay ante one blinds let's see state current on deck small let's say on deck small choices see details small $3 okay we don't even need that hand here's our hand okay which actually there we go look ID it has all this information right here so you can see it does have all that information okay good this is what's in our hand which we're going to we're going to get that uh get smaller here.
1:57:43Discards per round four interest cap. Okay, we probably don't need to know too much about that. Here's my seed interest. Here's the actions that I can do. We can do some card selecting. Okay. So, nothing nothing too fantastic.
1:58:07Oh, interesting. Let's go like this.
1:58:16Go like that and go uh current hand.
1:58:24All right. So, we don't get the full value. We can't get the full value of it. Let's see on. Can we do that?
1:58:31Was he asking for a friend?
1:58:35Yes, but only as far as Bellatro's own HUD. highlighting cards running parse highlighted which runs the base poker hand chips malt not the real play score. Okay, that's what I thought. So we So we do not dry run it. Okay. Okay, that makes sense. Yep, that would change it. Dang. Okay, so it can't it cannot pre-calculate itself without running the thing. There we go. All right, so this is a little bit nicer.
1:59:05Look at that. Okay, so this is a little bit nicer having like a smaller amount. So that would be nice just to have. All right, input tokens 20,000 21,000. Nice. Okay, so we're going to just let's just close this all down. Just play. We'll get the new one up. This should have a very reduced amount of tokens we're using. Just Jev Jev. Jev Jev.
1:59:41So now this is where we Let's see. The raw data is messing it up. I think the raw data sucks. So I guess what we should do is I'm going to first go like this. Let's just create another file called um jev.ts and let's have it so that we take in the god view. And I want to just pull out state that's relevant.
1:59:59So, right now, can you please just pull out a simplified view that has what's in my hand, what's the current score of what is selected, what is currently selected, how many discards I have left, how many plays I have left, the list of jokers that I have, and the list of tarot cards that I have, the amount of points I need
2:00:27to win the hand and what each one of my hand values are. And then I would like a second function that is a small guide to what it takes to build a hand. So like two pair like two pairs is two distinct set of pairs. A four of a kind. Then describe a four of a kind. Give an example and do that for each different hand type. All right. So, let's try this.
2:01:01Just play the game. Win. I know. Just Just win the effing game. Dude, YouTube, what the hell are you guys talking about? YouTube, you keep doing the thing you keep doing.
2:01:21Why are we arguing about Omachi?
2:01:24Guys, if you don't want to use omachi, don't use omachi. You're a five you're a five kind of a person. Sometimes I like sometimes I really like single card playing. Prime is the live game context coming from your own tooling or does the game expose it? It's just from tooling. Yeah, just play the effing game. thoughts on Mitchell's uh multiplexer super logical. I haven't really played it a lot, so I don't know.
2:02:00All right, there we go. So, no, let's go on. No tests. Ah, stop. Add into uh agents.mmd. No tests. Just Dude, stop being so stupid. All right, let's see what do we got here. Flush five, flush house. Okay, good. We got a flush house. Good. Flush five, flush house, five of straight flush, flush. Okay, good. Okay, so these are all the different kinds. Poker hand. Okay, good. Lots of types here. Love it.
2:02:36All right, we're going to pull all the hand values. We're going to get the selected score. We're going to get all this. Okay, good. So, we have hand, selected, selected score, plays left, discards left, chips needed, jokers, tarot, hand values. Nice. Okay, cool. Hand guide. Okay. Interesting. You know, that could work. Okay. That could work.
2:03:02That could work. Uh function uh export function. Um let's go like this. Let's go state view state. Okay. Let's go like that. Let's let's go like this. Let's return uh marmalade. How do we do this in here?
2:03:17I'm just going to return a string for now. There we go. And we're going to go like this. Let's go. Um, so the real question is I still like using XML for a lot of this stuff. I always just find that I have such good results with XML. I don't know. Does that still work with Jev though? Is Jev is Jeffy Jev boy? Like that is that what he does? I don't even know. Let's just go Jason Stringify and let's Whoopsies.
2:03:46Uh, I don't even know how I did that. Uh, let's go like this and let's go. Let's see. Game state.
2:03:53And what do we call this thing?
2:03:57Oh, this thing's also called state. Let's not call it state. Let's call it view. Let's go view. View. Okay, I got it, guys. I did it. All right. Create view. So that's the game state. Um this is uh score guide.
2:04:38And then we probably want Can you please give a basic blurb?
2:04:42Please go do research. Go on the internet. find a bunch of different stuff and please give me a at max 500word description of what Batro is scoring how to win basic strategy and create a function called how to inside of Jev. There we go. Hey, love your videos. Hey, appreciate that buddy. I'm on omachi.
2:05:07Who uh who up being pedantic?
2:05:11Prime, do you have any other computers?
2:05:13Uh, I mostly have a bunch of um I have a bunch of I have a bunch of Linux computers. I have a bunch of Windows computers for gaming. Me and my kids. And then there you go. Okay.
2:05:28Do you know the name of the tools he's using? Yeah, I'm just I'm just using my own custom created thing. Hey, thank you Bunstaf. Appreciate that. Go on the internet and find a bunch of different stuff. Too slow. No time for side chat on kick. That's right, Rufio. That's right, Rufio. You tell him. All right, there we go. All right, how to Okay, fantastic.
2:05:56All right, let's just see what happens here. And so now we're going to go back to uh this. I'm going to drop that bad boy. Let's find this guy. And let's just call state. And then from here we can import state from Jeff. Okay, fantastic. Look at that. There we go. So, we got state. So, we're going to get the state. And then what's the question that we're going to ask? I forgot what my question was.
2:06:26Oh, yeah. We we don't we don't look at this, guys. We don't look at this yet.
2:06:33We haven't implemented the main loop. That's the main loop. Right now, I'm just trying to get things right one at a time, if that makes sense. We got to be able to do one at a time. Okay, so it did select a card. It selected the worst possible card, though.
2:07:15All right, mother. Mother Jev, what are we doing here? All right, let's go like this. Let's go. Uh, I want to go console.log uh state view. I just want to see what is it actually printing out here. All right, game state. Um, let's go. Bang. JQ, make it happen. Oh, yeah.
2:07:41There we go. You guys like that? You guys like that little Trixie?
2:07:45You guys like that little little Trixie tricks? Um, all right. So, we have a hand. So, we have all these things. Nice. Okay. So, we do have all the information right here. So, that's good. We have all the information that it needs. Perfect. Selected. We have none. Selected score. None. Plays left. Four. Discards left. Nice. Chips needed 300. Okay. Hand value. High card pair. Two pair. Three pair.
2:08:10Straight flush chips. Right. So, look at that. So, it should be and we have some examples. And we also have a how to. Let's see. Blotro is a solo poker rogike by local funk. There is no opponent. Uh you play poker hands against arising. Score targets called blinds. Beat the anti-ate blind boss to win. After that, you can keep going in endless mode until a blind outruns you.
2:08:38A run has eight anties. Each ante is a small blind, big blind, and then boss blind with a special rule. For each blind, you can draw a hand, usually eight cards, and get a small number of plays and discards. Select up to five cards and play a poker hand. Each play adds to your score. Hit the blind chips target before you run out and you uh and you cash out. And then visit the shop.
2:09:01Miss the targets and the run is over. Score is always chip times malt. Chips start from the uh from the hand type plus the face values of the cards that actually score. Number of cards are their rank. Faces are 10. Aces are 11. Malt starts from the hand type. A pair is 10 chips and two malt before anything else. So, it's 20 points. A flush. Yep.
2:09:25Okay. Only cards that belong to the hand score. Let's see. A lefto. Let's see. A leftover kicker in a pair does not add to its chips. Then modifiers are stacked. Planet cards permanently raise hands by one type. Yep. And malt. Enhancements change a single card.
2:09:39Bonuses add chips. Malts add malt. Malt add malt. Glass is 2x when scored. Steel is 1.5x while held. Gold plays at the end of the round. Lucky can uh can roll extra additions on cards or jokers add chips or malt. Seals re-trigger or pay or technically give you tarot cards
2:10:01um or planet cards. Joker sit in their own row up top for five. Fire left to right after the cards. Put flat plus malt on the left. Uh x malt on the right. Good. Uh so the multipliers hit a bigger number. The 2x jokers are 4x. The x2 jokers are x4, not plus two. That is how score explodes. The shop is uh the other half the game. Money buys tarot. Okay, nice. Edit cards planet.
2:10:30Okay, good. Interest pays $1 per $5. Yep. Wow. This is actually not a not a bad job. Honestly, not a bad job going through this. All right. Basic strategy. Let's see. Basic strategy is usually start with flush or three plus of a kind until you have enough jokers to develop a hand preference.
2:11:15Use jokers on jokers win the game. Hands are the way to score. Right, that's much better. Buy, let's see. Buy jokers that fire on. Let's see on that plan. Sell the rest. Early plus chips. Small clears. Yep.
2:11:41All right, there we go. Let's just see what happens now. I don't I don't know how to make Jev pick stuff in a more fancful way. Right. See, like my whole worry is that What's one of my thoughts here is that maybe I need to like contact Jev and say, "Hey, here's what you're doing."
2:12:03Would have in their browser play your hand, develop your hand. That's correct, right? Like give it smaller amount of stakes and then have it do that. And then if it chooses that, then we need to go to the next one. Be like, you need to do this with this or that, right? Like kind of like follow it out a little bit, a little bit smaller. Making a lot. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
2:12:23Let's see. It feels like Jev is really classification engine at the end of the day. That's what it is. It's just it's literally just a classification engine. All right. So, are we broken? Is this one of those times like because this is we've been in this weird position before where it's like it doesn't it doesn't react. I can't tell if it's like the side car going wrong. All right, just Jev.
2:13:07Oh no, wait. How did I get How did I get there?
2:13:13I edited the wrong one. I realize that's he shop his other half. Money buys that. Uh basic strategy. Let's see. Uh strategy should start with uh pursuing flushes slash plus three of a kind until you can get a couple jokers.
2:13:40Buy jokers and fire by jokers that work well together and change what hand you play. There is no uh winning hand. There is just hands that are good with the jokers you have. Right. All right. Now, how the hell did I mess that? Uh All right. So, there we go. So, let's go
2:14:09through here. So it's you can see it pressing that.
2:14:20Okay. What is going on here?
2:14:23Jev. Jev fix my game.
2:14:31Because that's the goal, right?
2:14:33All right. Just Jev. Just Jev. Why is it not Why is it breaking?
2:14:40Okay. See, it seems to be breaking on the splash screen.
2:14:51Wait, how was this? Oh my gosh.
2:14:58Did we somehow break this?
2:15:00I don't see any problems. Oh, for real.
2:15:04When I press new run, it just does nothing. Can we get rid of this uh screen?
2:15:16Cuz it should be play. It should be this, right?
2:15:21Can we get rid of the screen? I don't know what mod adds this, but it should be removed. My guess is it's god mode, right?
2:15:33Or something. I don't know cuz I already have one. So, why am I playing new run?
2:15:38Why am I doing that? What's going on here?
2:15:41What the hell's going on here?
2:15:48Yeah, it's basically just a decision tree. I kind of feel like I need to do a a decision tree. That feels really difficult. But I think what I'd have to do I think I think what I have to do is actually You're right. Just create a decision tree. What is that? Oh, nice.
2:16:12Um, create a decision tree and actually walk through the process of like higher order actions to lower order actions because I my guess is that it's a lot easier. It's a state machine, right?
2:16:26It's kind of like a state machine. Allow it to go through a state machine. I bet you was probably the way to do that. And so that way it can just keep on requesting really quickly. I just have a sneaking suspicion that it's like virtually impossible in its current state to actually win. How to returns a static text, but it is likely called every state. Let's see. I'm not sure what that means.
2:16:54Should include it only on the first prompt to Jev. Every prompt to Jev is a new prompt. What are we talking about here?
2:17:04Rules don't change. Sure. But every prompt I make to Jeb is not taking in the history of what I'm doing. It's a new It's new prompt every time.
2:17:14Jev is a uh Oh, your name's Jeff. Well, that's lovely. Okay, so I think that's what I have to do. I really do think I'm right here. I really do think I'm right that you have to ask it like highle things like do you want to press button do you want to uh you know select card like what are what are the highlevel state actions that we could possibly take and so that way it's making really
2:17:42simplified decisions is my guess that make more that that are easier to kind of walk around with right where it could be like select this select select this. Isn't that uh in the question section? It kind of is, but my guess is that it's it's a lot it might just be easier to be like select hand is an option. And so then it does select uh hand. And so when it goes into select hand, its options are or its
2:18:10state is current hand, currently selected, current like hand type and how much it's worth, how much is left. And so then it can select all that it wants. And then its only decision is select, select, select, select, select, done. And so then it goes D. Okay, I'm done. Okay, now I back out now. Do you want to select hand? Do you want to play hand? Do you want to discard hand? Do what do what do you want to do? And so
2:18:38that way it has like a it has like a um it has like a little bit more intelligence kind of built into it or it reduces the amount of decisions that it has to make because my guess is that it's like way too stuck on like I got to play. Does that make sense? By the way, thank you Lawless. Appreciate that. Thank you Lawless. appreciate that for funny hat club and who 42.
2:19:09So that's that's my guess is what I need to do is do a high level is not selecting individual cards. High level would be what hand type would you like to play? No, no, no, no, no, no, no. The idea would be like do you do you want to let's see uh play hand, discard hand?
2:19:23Oh, you want to play hand? Okay, then the next day would be your current hand.
2:19:33what you have selected, your current hand type, and do you want to play?
2:19:37That's a nule. Yeah. See, I don't know how to use nules yet. See, like there's a lot I'm gonna have to go play around with. And then it can stay in this like lower section and do a lot of work for a little bit until it has what it wants.
2:19:48Hey, thank you, Swanky. Are you just mapping out a decision tree and asking AI to pick? Yeah, I mean, that's what uh Yeah, I'm literally making this like I'm making a behavioral tree. On ironic, I'm making a behavioral tree effectively, which is like play hand is just Oh my gosh, it's a golden kappa train. Um, a behavioral train. I mean, what's it called? Play hand is just a selector or sorry, it's a sequence node, right?
2:20:13Select the cards you want. Play the hand. So, it does two actions. Shines love. Thank you. Can you do it in one query? No. I don't know if you can do it in one query. I think it it might be it might be it might be too hard. Nules are just if the choice is binary.
2:20:30That is what those three kinds of ma math. Yeah, I'm just going to have to go read through this stuff. Stay gold, Kappa boy. Yeah, I like that. What is the best sequence of actions equal to maximize score? Yeah, see that's the hard part is how do I get it to maximize score?
2:20:52Guys, I'm sorry if this is very stupid, but is this like not the return of expert systems?
2:21:00Well, it has a really amazing ability to uh make decisions. It has amazing classifier that works super super well. And so people that have figured things out, like I don't know how to do it yet. I just want to know how to do it. Let's see. Uh here we go. All right, let's see what we got here. Here's the official launch. Here's this.
2:21:28So, here's Jev legitimately playing Mario to some sort of level here. That's kind of neat. Uh, let's see. Jeff playing Mario through structured game. There we go.
2:21:45200 for the golden shot. You can kind of get it to do stuff, which is pretty neat. That's not one. There are some that got it to play Doom as well. Come on. Where's the Doom one? Where is the Doom one? I want to see the Doom one. Give me the Dooms. Give me the Dooms. Give me the Dooms. There's no way Jeb plays Doom Eternal. That must be a different person. Jev.
2:22:16That must be a completely Oh, that's that's cuz this guy's name is Jeff. Very different world.
2:22:30Real time intelligence.
2:22:48See, I just have to come up with something that's a little simpler, right?
2:23:24See guys, I don't know what the hell that means, but that seems pretty neat, right? That seems pretty neat.
2:23:37Do you need a small vision layer to get this eight? I already have that, right?
2:23:40So, I already have just God view, right?
2:23:43So, there you go. There's everything about the game. It gets way more extensive the further you get into the game. So, we have the information. The problem is is that I don't know how to make it work. If you pay me $7 an hour, I'll play Doom for you.
2:24:02Okay. Yeah, that Mario I think is open source and there's code that has a lot of logic. Yeah. So, I have to kind of figure out just let the fruitfly play. I know the fruit, dude. By the way, that is evil. Okay, I just want to let you know. You get a fruitly, you take its brain, you hook it up to Doom, and its only existence is Doom.
2:24:19It sees Doom. It plays Doom, fellas. What are we doing? Thank you, son. I appreciate that. Thank you, Yarvis. So, I'll have to kind of figure out how to I'm going to have to probably map this into a better way.
2:24:43That fly is living the [ __ ] dream and you know it. I'm going to have to probably look I'm going to probably have to think a lot more about how to do this. Whoa, Lawless, that's really Thank you. Hey, that's really nice. Hope it won't hack anything when you finally run. I know because dude, AI is so dangerous. I'm gonna like dude, I'm gonna let Jeb make a few decisions. Next thing you know, my uh my CPU is going to be really hot and then it gets cold and hot and cold.
2:25:05Hey, thank you Beast for the 88 months. I appreciate that. You are old.
2:25:10Potentially my oldest subscriber. Thank you again, Lawless. Appreciate that. Uh Stank, appreciate that, Stonk. Stons. Also, one last thing. I can't seem to get this out of my head. This someone someone tweeted this at me and now this just plays non-stop in my head. Okay, this is me now. I can't I can't stop playing this in my head.
2:25:37What has happened to me? Hello from Germany. How do y'all How do y'all think about Germany?
2:26:06This is my approximate thought process when it comes to Germany. Got him. Yeah. Yeah. I just when I think of German, I just like to think of really gay nightclub German man going, "Hey, hey, you little Hey, you little dancing boy. Hey, you. I just want to I just want to dance at the clubs. So much dancing and so much clubs. Um, all right.
2:26:37Why do you hate Europe so much?
2:26:40I'm American. What are you talking about?
